Taking a short walk along Tromsø coast.

Ægir decided to impress and it got a little stormy just as I decided I would go for a walk. The myriad shades of blue-grey, the weather with strong winds and rough waters could be described as typical Tromsø.

I´m loving the colours of the water along the coast. Blæretang or bladderwrack grow along the coast here in Northern Norway. From research done in 2016 at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) [1], bladderwrack contains antioxidants that can effectively prevent certain foods from becoming rancid.
