During my studies in Asia on Swedish Management style as applied in Singapore I had the pleasure to meet with numerous Scandinavian top-level managers actively and succesfully living and working in Asia. They all had their own story to tell and during long interviews they shared substantial amounts of information with me about their experiences and insights.
